Gift Vouchers
Cannot think of an ideal gift for that hard to buy for person? Gift Vouchers are available in person from the practice or can be purchased over the telephone. They are available in any amount, with a minimum amount of $20.00 Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, nor will there be any change given for any unused portion of the Gift Voucher.
Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, life sometimes gets in the way of keeping apointments. If you have to cancel your appointment, a minimum of two(2) hours notice is required before the appointment time. If not, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
