Gift Vouchers/ In House Packages

•  No refund on gift vouchers when they have been purchased.
•  Non-redeemable for cash.
•  Vouchers can be used by another family / friend if you have changed your mind.
•  If you have booked and haven’t shown up for your appointment time, it will be taken off your package/gift voucher.
•  UNABLE TO GET HEALTH FUND REBATES ON GIFT VOUCHERS THAT HAVE BEEN PURCHASED.
•  If you have changed your mind, we can give you in house credit up to the limit that is remaining.

Massage

• If you have made a booking and have cancelled less then 2 hours before your appointment time, there is a 50% cancellation fee. If you still have you a massage package but have not arrived for your appointment on time, that time will be taken off your package.

•  Text messages or phone calls will be made the day before to confirm your appointment. Appointments must be confirmed by 6:30pm the day before your appointment.
•  If you have booked and haven’t given notice and not shown up, a full payment is required as that time had been allocated to you. We have people wanting times, so if you haven’t shown up, that is an appointment that somebody else could have had.
•  As you can appreciate, we are a small business and rely on our clients turning up.
•  Massage will be terminated immediately following any inappropriate or sexual suggestive remakes or advances. A refund will not be issued, and further action may be taken.

•  If we think you are under the influence or any substance the massage will not go ahead and will be refused.
•  If you have a cold or flu like symptoms, we are unable to do your massage. We suggest that you postpone your treatment until you feel better. If the Therapist gets sick from you, we are not able to work with our other clients that have been booked in.
• 1 gift voucher (of any kind) to be used in 1 transaction. You will be unable to use multiple vouchers all at once.
•  Clients will be asked to fill out a client file so we can get all relevant information to design a treatment plan for you.
•  Being on time is greatly appreciated. If you arrive late for your appointment time, you may result in loss of time, and will be charged for the full time of your appointment.

•  All clients will be draped using a towel during the duration of your treatment. Only the body part that we are treating will be exposed.
•  With our package massage 5 x 60min massages, $325 (saving $75) must be paid up front. Family members are allowed to use part of the package with the person who purchased it, with their consent.
•  All Facebook giveaways/competitions are only valid for 1 month of the date it had been drawn.
•  We may need to ask you to get a doctor’s clearance for some medical conditions, so we don’t compromise staff and other’s clients.

Sauna

•  UNABLE TO USE SAUNA IF PREGNANT OR ON BLOOD THINNERS.
•  If you’re a new client, we will ask you to fill out a client form on arrival.
•  Underwear must be worn at all times in the sauna.
•  If staff think that you’re under the influence of any substance we have the right to refuse the session.
•  WATER MUST BE LEFT OUT OF THE SAUNA, as the sauna floor is heated and we don’t want it to be damaged.
•  SAUNA ISN’T SOUND PROOF AND WE CAN HEAR YOU.
•  Please be considerate as the time is set for a reason. Another client could be in straight after you.
•  Please leave towels outside the sauna after use.
•  Please leave door open when you have finished your sauna session.
